SUPRACAFÉ’s vision is defined by the continued search for excellence through R&D and innovation, catalysts that are invaluable to the advancement of coffee as the world’s first sustainable agriculture product.

Statement of support

“SUPRACAFÉ is an organisation that works to improve the quality of life of our stakeholders through high-quality sustainable coffee production and by creating value and satisfaction for individuals and society. SUPRACAFÉ has been working for more than 10 years with a focus on social, economic and environmental aspects of the Cauca region of southern Colombia. We believe that the Sustainable Coffee Challenge is a great opportunity for coffee producers to cultivate and transform coffee into a more sustainable and valuable product. SUPRACAFÉ considers the transfer of knowledge and technology to coffee farmers as one way to transform coffee into a 100% sustainable product. We are working in a technological park in the Cauca region with an open model, in which CQI and other coffee partners can participate, to share and create value in the first part of the coffee supply chain.” Samuel F. Our Commitments

"SUPRACAFE is deeply commited to generate shared value and positive impact in coffee women growing producers communities. Since 1999 SUPRACAFE, without interruption, has been working to strengh the supply chain directly with a group of women producers in Cauca, Colombia (Asociación de Mujeres Caficultoras del Cauca (AMUCC). Formed today by almost 500 families, they are focused in the production of high quality Fair Trade and Organic Coffee.

SUPRACAFE's commitment to AMUCC for the next period is based on supporting the group so that they have their own warehouses, technical assistance for the control and improvement of the quality of their coffee and the launch of their own brand of roasted coffee.

To fulfill this commitment, Supracafe participates in the public-private alliance ""Empowerment of rural women coffee growers for peace in Cauca"" in association with the Spanish Agency AECID, AMUCC and the TENCICAFE park."
