Lagom Coffee Roastery is a mikro specialty coffee roastery situated in Hørsholm, north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Lagom has a passion for rare, single estate coffee of highest quality. The coffee beans are carefully selected from farmers who grow and process their beans to the highest quality, and are treated with care at the roastery by slow roasting each bean to its individual perfection.
Increase the demand and supply of traceable, high-quality coffee by sourcing and by increasing consumer knowledge through education and information. In addition, Lagom Coffee will improve the livelihoods for farmers and their families through cooperation and financial support of farmers through Lagom Coffee Foundation.
