Progreso is an Amsterdam-based NGO providing Technical Assistance to coffee [and cocoa] producer organisations in Africa, Latin America, and Asia for over twenty years. We support producer organisations to become professional businesses by using their expertise and network. Producer organisations are supported in access to finance, capacity building, access to markets, diversification, environmental conservation, and renovation. Progreso has completed more than 300 technical assistance projects over the last 2 decades and has successfully connected over 300 producer organizations to potential buyers and financiers.
As Progreso Foundation we commit to contribute to a sustainable coffee value chain by enabling an online platform where contracts can be signed and pre-finance can be accessed.
