Combat Project

As a woman and minority-owned business, Combat Project is a US-based, sustainable firm with a unique focus on supporting first-responders, U.S. Troops/Veterans and Their Families. At Combat Project, we strive to support local and regional businesses as well as maintain our sustainable character. We offer premium, single origin, organically-farmed and fair-trade coffee to our customers. Our coffees are carefully roasted in small batches, packed and shipped from a regional facility. With many years of coffee roasting experience, our roasting partners take careful steps to discover and preserve the true nature of each coffee’s unique characteristics. Our roasters select the finest coffee and use the best industry equipment and standards. They carefully roast the beans in order for us to deliver the finest coffee utilizing sustainable methods.

Our website is scheduled for launch later this month or first part of September. After careful research and due-diligence, our partners stand ready to serve with us. We currently are visiting with packaging companies discussing sustainable packaging for coffee pods and pod coffee cups for future product offerings. Our commitment is mitigating our carbon-footprint along the supply chain. All aspects of our business will strive to attain the highest level of sustainability throughout our practices and in operations. Combat Project will be offering quality whole-bean coffees roasted to order, characterized by:

  • Fair Trade, agriculturally and economically sustainable coffee
  • Single Origin from the Americas
  • Beans grown without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers

Our Commitments

Our company, Combat Project, remains committed to sustainability. Our coffee company seeks to align its operations in accordance with best practices for consumer education and to conserve nature. Our brand seeks to align our mission in accordance with Conservation International's [CI] Sustainable Coffee Challenge.

For the past 12-14 months, we have researched and reviewed available options for our coffee packaging. Our over-arching objective is to determine the best option for our customers, the planet and our company based upon the triple bottom line. In addition, our goal is to assist CI and the coffee industry in achieving obtainable goals towards sustainability.

Depending upon the final outcome from research and data, the company has investigated options to develop its own sustainable, or green packaging in the United States. The company also may determine that the overall costs to create a new product are not feasible at this time.

In partnership with: Our roasters/coffee suppliers and packaging companies are our partners in this endeavor.
